5 star, professional and polite. All the equipment was clean and reasonably priced (I booked the jungle theme bouncy castle and soft play). Arrived slight late due to traffic but waved delivery fee because of it, that's good customer service. I would highly recommend.

I have used this company on a number of occasions, in the past for a birthday party and recently for a family gathering. I have always received a very good service. Arrival is timely, setup quick and the service is always professional.
Bouncy castle for daughter's 6th birthday was clean, man who delivered it was very personable, presentable, and helpful. No problems with communication, I had to leave a few messages but they always got back to me right away. Would use again!
